To start the day off in the best possible way, every morning you will be greeted by a rich and balanced buffet breakfast, Italian and international, and a à la carte menu with the best selections of flavors from around the world. You will also find: protein omelettes with avocado, eggs Benedict, French toast, organic Nutella crepes with coconut flakes, Norwegian smoked salmon with rice, as well as energizing juices, extracts and a selection of teas and infusions. Our Executive Chef, Michele, selects organic and local ingredients daily to ensure his guests get the best of the unmistakable Italian and international flavors possible.

Excelsior Parco is part of Teritoria, an exclusive circuit of charming hotels and starred restaurants directed by Alain Ducasse which, with the promise of "bien-dormir et bien-manger" translated to - ‘sleep well and eat well’. Being part of such a collective promises a unique, authentic, creative and distinctive cuisine.

You can choose to have lunch or dinner in the garden, in our liberty living room or on the terrace. And for those who’d like some privacy, room service is available 24 hours a day, always free of charge.
